We hope your children thoroughly enjoy their Ready, Steady, Paint! experience and you don’t encounter any problems. If you do, don’t panic! We have a fantastic customer service team on hand to help, as well as a handy FAQ section below to answer some of the most common queries.

Getting Started

How do I place an order?

You may have noticed that we have lots of “Get Started” buttons placed throughout our website. Simply click on one of these buttons to be taken through to the subscribe page. Once here, fill out your address, children’s details, payment details and we’ll take care of the rest.

You’ll get a confirmation email once your order has been processed with all the info you need to know. If you need any help with your order just email us on [email protected] and we’ll get you set up.

How does my subscription work?

Ready Steady Paint aims to be flexible for its customers and as a result, offers several different payment durations. We aim to deliver fun, educational and inspiring art materials and tuition for you and your children to enjoy, either on their own or together.

When you sign up for our monthly rolling subscription, each box follows automatically. Within your first box, you should receive a note detailing your exact direct debit date going forward. If you decide you’d like to cancel your RSP subscription, this will be the date that you will need to cancel by before you are charged for your next box.

For six month and annual subscriptions, your direct debit will also be rolling, but for the specified number of months. For example, if you purchase a six-month subscription, every six months you will be billed.

Is the age range for Ready, Steady, Paint advisory?

All of Ready Steady Paint’s tutorials have been curated for children between the ages of 6 & 11. We have tried our hardest to make each tutorial challenging but not overly difficult. We hope that with the use of pausing/rewinding our video tutorials, along with Ali Hargreaves expert tuition, your children will have a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

Some children at the lower end of the RSP age range may need a little guidance from time to time, for example, when mixing colours for the first time. These are very infrequent, and Pablo the Chameleon may pop up in the videos and give handy hints and tips, but it’s best to be on-hand initially just in case.

Your Account & Subscription

How do I cancel my subscription?

If you’ve already paid for your next box, that will be the final box you receive, and no further charges will be made.

I can't login, what should I do?

Are you using the correct email address?

Have you forgotten your password? If yes, you can reset it by following the reset my password procedure located under the login section. A password reset email will be emailed to you.

If you continue to experience difficulties, drop us an email on [email protected] and we’ll sort things out.

When will I receive my box?

Upon placing your order, our internal order system will check to see that the direct debit information you have supplied is correct. If this goes through with no issues, you should receive your box within 1-3 working days. Subsequent boxes will follow monthly.

Ordering at the Weekend

Boxes ordered after 3pm on Friday – Sunday, will be processed the next working day.

Extenuating Circumstances 

There may be very rare occasions when you may have to wait slightly longer for your first box. For example, if you order on Good Friday, your box will not be processed until the following Tuesday.

Ordering on a non-recurring date

If you order on the 29th, 30th or 31st, your first box will be dispatched to you within 1-3 working days. However, because the 29th – 31st may not be in the calendar for the following month, subsequent box postage dates will be pushed through to the 1st of the following month.

Where do you ship?

We only deliver in the UK.

What if I haven't received my box yet?

If you haven’t received your box 5 working days after you received your dispatch email, please contact us and we will track the box down for you.

My box is damaged, can you help?

Every single box leaves our warehouse in pristine condition, but sometimes transit can cause a bit of damage. If your box looks like it’s been dragged through the bushes, drop us a line at [email protected] and we’ll look into things for you.

How do my children access their content?

Once you receive your order confirmation, your child’s account is ready to go, but you’ll have to wait until the materials arrive!

When your children are ready, they will need to login using their username previously specified by you, along with their password. This will then lead them to The Clubhouse, where they can access their video content.

In addition to the monthly boxes, every week you child will get a secondary activity. This will be available in The Clubhouse as normal and you’ll be notified when these are ready for viewing by email.

I've forgotten my child's login credentials!

You should be able to access your child’s username (which is what they use to login) in your parent account. You can reset your child’s password in here too.

I have items missing from my box, what shall I do?

We do our very best to ensure everything you need is in your box but, because they’re packed by hand, sometimes materials do go wandering off. Just contact us and we’ll sort things out for you as quickly as possible.

I've forgotten my password!

Don’t panic! You can reset your password on the login screen. We’ll send you a password reset email.

If you’re still having problems, please email [email protected] and we’ll get straight on to helping you.

How do I upload artworks to the Clubhouse?

Artworks are added from the adult’s account, so make sure you’re logged in with these details before uploading.  When logged in, go to your account section and select ‘Upload artwork’ on the left hand side.

All artworks will be approved by a member of the Ready, Steady, Paint! team within 48 hours, so there may be a delay before they appear in the gallery.

Referring Friends & Rewards

My child should have received a badge, but it hasn't arrived?

There are lots of tasks your children can complete to earn points, which can be redeemed to receive badges as and when they hit certain thresholds throughout their artistic journey.

Each time your child hits one of these thresholds, we will be automatically send out your child’s certificate/badge in the next available box. If you believe your child is entitled to a badge/certificate and hasn’t received one, please let us know.

How do I refer friends?

When you sign up, you should be allocated a unique referral code, accessed in the relevant section within your account. When you refer a friend and they use your code when checking out, you will be given £1 off your next box.

Each month, you can earn a maximum of £5 off each box. When you hit this threshold, your additional referrals will be automatically allocated to the subsequent box.

You don’t need to do anything, we’ll automatically calculate your savings each month. We’ll let you know via email your monthly totals.
